If all of your information is correct, you do not need to Register or Update your current Voter Registration.
Residents new to Virginia may register to vote as soon as residency is established. Residents moving from other Virginia localities must transfer their registration to Warren County. Residents moving from one voting precinct to another within the county must also notify the registrar of this change in writing or in person.
The requirements to apply for voter registration are:
Be a citizen of the United States of America.
Be a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Be at least 18 years of age by the next General Election.
If you have been convicted of a felony, your voting rights must have been restored by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
If you have been declared mentally incapacitated and have lost your voting rights, your rights must have been restored by the circuit court.
