Ms. Cullers has been a life-long Warren County resident, residing in the South River District for the majority of her life. She is a graduate of Warren County High School, class of 1977, as well as a graduate of the Dowell J. Howard School of Practical Nursing, class of 1979. She has worked her entire nursing career in Warren County first at the Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal Family Practice, and more than 14 years as school nurse at Ressie Jeffries Elementary School. She has been married to her husband Steve for over 43 years and together have a son and daughter. They have also been blessed with 2 grandsons and a granddaughter. She and her husband are both retired now and enjoy working the family farm, gardening, their pets and spending time with family and friends. Growing up, living and raising her family in South River District has been a blessing. She looks forward to working with and serving the residents of the South River District of Warren County.
