Delores Riley Oates was born in Front Royal and is a lifelong resident where she lives with her husband, Rob.  Together they have three sons and one amazing daughter-in-law.   She attended Warren County High School before graduating from Lord Fairfax Community College with an Associates in General Studies.  She went on to Regent University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government.  

Mrs. Oates has been a technical recruiter for over twenty-five years working both in the commercial and government sectors.  She is active in the community having served as a mentor to teen mothers and volunteering in various church, youth athletic organizations, and civic groups. 

Mrs. Oates is honored to serve Warren County as the North River District Supervisor and her goals center around encouraging the community to become a place where our young people can work and raise their own children.
