Vicky Cook has lived in Virginia for over 25 years and has called Warren County her home for the last eight years. Vicky and her husband, a former Naval Aviator, have been married for over 25 years and have four children and six grandchildren.

Vicky earned a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University, School of Business. She has over 30+ years of professional experience. She has served in leadership and oversight positions, both as a federal employee and as a private contractor, for several multi-million-dollar programs for the U.S. Navy, Office of Defense Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Agency, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA).

Vicky’s primary focus is to look forward to enhancing operations, strengthening public safety, and expanding economic development that will benefit all of the citizens of Warren County. Her experience, knowledge, and integrity will continue to make Warren County a desirable place to visit, raise families and expand businesses.
